There are a number of bars in the City.  The Blue Light is one of the busier ones and, on the weekends, it's at its busiest. 

This Saturday is no exception.  Drinking, dancing, flirting--if it's legal, it's happening (and if it's questionably legal, it's probably happening more discretely; this is one of the nicer bars the City has to offer, after all).  Whether you're a social drinker on a night out with your friends, a hardcore partier who habitually clears your Sunday schedule, or just there to drink the last of the desert away, you'll be in good company.

Of all the bars in the City, the Blue Light is the one Neil is likeliest to frequent-- though since Blue left it hasn't been a common occurrence. A night out is nice, though, now and then, and Justin making the invitation is worth supporting.

"Busy night," he murmurs, slipping into his seat and glancing back at Todd.

[mumbled_truth]

Todd is just behind Neil, taking the seat next to him just a moment later. He's a bit less at ease in the crowd, but it doesn't shut him down nearly as effectively as it once may have. He gives the venue a quick glance around before replying.

"I guess everyone just wants to unwind."

"Being in a desert will have that affect." Justin gives both of them a very serious look. "You don't have to stay if you don't want to."

"Who said we don't want to?"

The little smile is for reassurance, the glance at the third member of their merry band for confirmation. Todd, at least, doesn't seem miserable, so he's comfortable saying that much.

"It's still a nice enough place."

[mumbled_truth]

"It is a nice place."

He gives a slight, self-effacing laugh, as he nods his agreement.

"And I promise I can handle a few crowds. Really."

"As long as you're both comfortable." Justin digs out a few oranges and yellows and puts them on the table. "Drinks are on me, if you like."

The poets momentarily lose his attention as Euphie walks in. "I... do you two mind...?"

With that level of distraction, he's absolutely going to follow Justin's gaze, though he's really trying not to make a big deal about it. It's interesting, though.

"Of course," he answers. Interesting indeed. He won't spy.

Probably.

Todd nods his assent as well, following that gaze along with Neil. It's essentially a synchronized move. Todd, of course, is naturally less inclined to pry than Neil is - it's unlikely to even come up.

But that certainly doesn't mean he doesn't find it interesting.
