Wait so its totally okay to sniff the underwear you're wearing? [Still kind of weird.]

I don't envy it.

[affectioning]

Not... like that. But, if you're down there it's hard not to?

Are you liking the party? What'd you get Chekhov?

[She waves.]

I'll try pay attention if I'm down there any time soon. [He grins]

Its pretty cool... I brought him a comic book? Kinda sucky but he might like it?

[affectioning]

[ Balancing on two of them, he waves back. Look at his normal balance... ]

Oh, uh you're -- [ REALLY RED. ] having a lot of fun?

[daggers]

[ She grins, leaning into him without hesitation. ]

I like that part.

[daggers]

Maybe. [ She trails off slowly as her gaze unconsciously drops to his lips, lingering. ]

[affectioning]

Okay. [ He meets his grin with a grin. ]

He probably will! [ His smile lessens, meaning well. ] It's not lame.

[affectioning]

[Isaac shrugs.]

Its not like I have a lot of experience with birthday parties and gifts.

[He can't help but lick his lips, its one of those involuntary gestures that occur when someone start paying attention.]

[daggers]

[ And, damn him, her gaze is drawn even more so, as she finds herself leaning in slightly. She realizes what she's doing only a moment later, her eyes snapping back up to his while she blushes. ]

[affectioning]

You'll get more. [ The breeze kicks in and Scott puts an arm around him. Not that they'll get cold. But, he wants to. ]

[Isaac leans in instinctively until she seems to come to her senses.]

You uh, we can... we can kiss, you know? We're kinda dating... [He doesn't know why he says it and it probably contributes massively to the awkward factor but he wanted her to know that they could and that he would be willing.]

[daggers]

We kind of are.

[ That definitely solidifies it in her mind, and she's still smiling as she leans in to kiss him, her mouth gently brushing over his. ]

I hope so. [And Isaac can't help but be pulled in, it was nice sharing Scott's warmth, it felt comfortable and gave him the sense of belonging he might've been lacking in for a while.]

[grigio]

Sounds like a fair price for a spot on the sand. Especially since I forgot to put ketchup on one of my burgers. [She nods her agreement, actually happy that she came out for once.]

[He can't help but like it, his hand still on her waste as their lips meet. Its chaste but its right for their first kiss, his lips part slightly but he doesn't attempt to use tongue at this stage, he didn't have a wealth of experience to draw from.]

[affectioning]

I know so. [ He squeezes his shoulder. ]

[He grins.]

Shoulda told me you were psychic sooner, could've saved us a lot of problems along the line.

San Francisco, if you know of it. [ It's a standard enough answer, considered more of a home than Iowa ever was. ] How about you?

It's a well-guarded secret. [ He leans in close, nose to nose. ]
