There's a beach chair with her name on it so once the chess set is placed on the gift table, she grabs a plate and a couple of kabobs and slides into the seat. It's been a long time since she's been to the beach. She's actually itching to get into the water.]

[Pai kneels abruptly next to Uhura. She has little interest in getting to know more humans, but her brother clearly doesn't like how isolated she is. As though he's much better. Almost all the people he knows only know the lie of him.
But. To make him happy, she's trying. That's why she ordered Yin to take her to this party, and why she is currently staring at Uhura. She has all the sweet-faced innocence of a child, but there's something a little creepy about it -- an offness that can't quite be pinned down.
