[ She glances back over at her shoulder at him, a grin immediately spreading, and then gently pats the space next to her. ]

Pull up some log?

[outofthefreezer]

[He settles down beside her, bumping shoulder slightly.]

Nice little thing they have going here.

[daggers]

[ This time, she has no qualms about letting herself sit close to him, her arm resting against his and her leg nudging from hip to knee. ]

Yeah. I can't remember the last time I went to the beach.

[outofthefreezer]

I can... it was just last week. [He bites his lip because the last time was with Scott. Yeah he might be sitting as close as humanly possible, his arm snakes around to give her a quick squeeze of a hug, because it felt right and he'd wanted to hug her for a while.]

[daggers]

Well, then. This is old news for you.

[ She knows that's not what he meant by it, and she's teasing him anyway, so she leans against him when he curls an arm around her, briefly resting a hand on his. ]

[outofthefreezer]

Hey, maybe its better this time. [It was nice having her close.]

[daggers]

Maybe? [ She tilts her head to look up at him, that teasing smile flickering across her mouth. ]

[outofthefreezer]

Just maybe. [He's grinning too but then again, he did that a lot around her.]

[daggers]

Maybe. [ She trails off slowly as her gaze unconsciously drops to his lips, lingering. ]

[outofthefreezer]

[He can't help but lick his lips, its one of those involuntary gestures that occur when someone start paying attention.]

[daggers]

[ And, damn him, her gaze is drawn even more so, as she finds herself leaning in slightly. She realizes what she's doing only a moment later, her eyes snapping back up to his while she blushes. ]

[outofthefreezer]

[Isaac leans in instinctively until she seems to come to her senses.]

You uh, we can... we can kiss, you know? We're kinda dating... [He doesn't know why he says it and it probably contributes massively to the awkward factor but he wanted her to know that they could and that he would be willing.]

[daggers]

We kind of are.

[ That definitely solidifies it in her mind, and she's still smiling as she leans in to kiss him, her mouth gently brushing over his. ]

[outofthefreezer]

[He can't help but like it, his hand still on her waste as their lips meet. Its chaste but its right for their first kiss, his lips part slightly but he doesn't attempt to use tongue at this stage, he didn't have a wealth of experience to draw from.]

[daggers]

[ She makes a soft sound against his lips. As far as first kisses go, it's pretty fine indeed. Her own lips part and she tilts her head a little, kissing him more deeply and skirting the line between something innocent and something less so.

When she breaks away, it's to smile, gently nuzzling. ]

[outofthefreezer]

[There's a grin on his lips when they break aprt, gently resting his forehead against hers.]

That was nice... [Because yes, he is the kind of person to say stupid shit after a kiss.]

[daggers]

Mmhmm. [ She's grinning like an idiot and lingering close in his space before pulling back, but not too far. She doesn't want to leave the comfort of his arm around her. ]

We should do it again sometime.

[outofthefreezer]

[He leans in and kisses her again, a peck to the lips this time before leaning back and grinning widely, squeezing her slightly. It was nice being able to do that kind of thing.]

Definitely.

[daggers]

[ She grins, fully and openly, and is partly grateful that there's only the light from the fire to illuminate her face, because the blush on her cheeks is more than apparent this time.

When she'd said they should do it again, she hadn't exactly meant right away again, but she's finding she doesn't mind it if he wants to be impulsive. ]

Um, Scott said that you guys found a new werewolf.

[outofthefreezer]

[He stares into the fire, his voice quieting slightly lest they be overheard.]

Yeah, that new guy Peter? He turns into an actual wolf...

[daggers]

[ She shakes her head, still trying to wrap her mind around it, but then she remembers the other thing that Scott had told her. ]

But there's two new ones. Not just Peter.

[outofthefreezer]

[He nods]

Yeah there's also that English guy Remus? He's a wizard too...

[daggers]

So you know.

Scott was trying to find out - he said that Derek was going to tell him.

[Isaac raises his eyebrows]

Scott doesn't know?

[daggers]

[ She shakes her head quietly. ]

He was going to try and find out.
