I'll shower before going to sleep. [ He holds him close for another second before letting go. He takes a seat next to Isaac. ] I'll talk to Peter tomorrow. It's good that he's not a danger.

Good, give it more than like eight hours and you'll stink. [He won't complain about the absence of heat because it meant it was easier to talk with Scott.]

Yeah, kinda weird how he becomes a wolf though. [The latter half of the sentence is said while he leans in close.]

Like I ever stink. I always smell awesome.

Derek's mother used to. Gerard told Alison and me. It's rare but it happens.

Its pretty cool... I brought him a comic book? Kinda sucky but he might like it?

[affectioning]

Okay. [ He meets his grin with a grin. ]

He probably will! [ His smile lessens, meaning well. ] It's not lame.

[Isaac shrugs.]

Its not like I have a lot of experience with birthday parties and gifts.

[affectioning]

You'll get more. [ The breeze kicks in and Scott puts an arm around him. Not that they'll get cold. But, he wants to. ]

I hope so. [And Isaac can't help but be pulled in, it was nice sharing Scott's warmth, it felt comfortable and gave him the sense of belonging he might've been lacking in for a while.]

[affectioning]

I know so. [ He squeezes his shoulder. ]

[He grins.]

Shoulda told me you were psychic sooner, could've saved us a lot of problems along the line.

[affectioning]

It's a well-guarded secret. [ He leans in close, nose to nose. ]

[He's still smiling and not backing off.]

Kinda blew it then, now I know.

[affectioning]

I don't know, you got any good incentives?

[Isaac definitely isn't playing this game, not at all.]

[affectioning]

[ He licks his lips - maybe in anticipation, but also for Isaac's benefit before leaning in to finally kiss Isaac. It's brief, soft, and not like kissing Allison, but that's not a bad thing right now. He pulls back. ]

[Isaac sighs softly when Scott pulls back, it was a good kind of kiss even if it was brief. It was a great way to start this level of interaction.]

Okay you do have some pretty good incentives...

[affectioning]

Then they wouldn't be secrets. I think you're out of luck. But, there's nothing stopping you from giving your own incentives.
