[Yin accompanied Pai to the party, and when Pai went off to do her own thing, Yin gravitated away from the majority of people to be by the water. She spent most of the night by it, wrapped up in a jacket, and never eats. Instead, she either spies on people, watches the water, or looks up at the moon.]

[Even now, months later, she still turns her face up to the ethereal light and bathes in it, still entranced by it.]

[Though she distances herself from everyone, she wouldn't turn away company. She's just incapable of appreciating it, as much as she's incapable of actively not wanting it.]
