tampered | (no subject)

"Distracting you?"

He's looking innocently at her.

He was being more than distracting and it showed in her eyes. "Is that what you call it?"

"Sort of."

He gently does it again, trying to keep her mind off any attempts to find his weak spot.

A groan escapes her and her mind can't think of anything else. "That's not really an answer."

Again he gives her an innocent look before continuing his actions.

"Isn't it?"

He pulls her into a kiss.

The kiss surprises her and she kisses him back, as her hands find his hair.

After a while, he breaks the kiss and holds her face for a while.

"How's that then?" he asks.

She looks at him slightly flustered.

"Umm...amazing." She says with a grin before nuzzling his nose.

"I know."

He returns the nuzzling, and teases her again while he's at it.

And she is obviously enjoying it by the reactions her body is giving her. It is really not fair.

"Such a bloody tease."

"Welllllll, not sure you can make it through another round."

And he's right. He doesn't want to put her in a coma. This makes him stop and kiss her again.

"Definitely not," she agrees kissing him back softly. "Wouldn't be proper for a wedding night."

"Yeaaaaaaah. That would put a damper on things."

At least she's agreeing with him and not being critical of his just messing about with her.

"Yup," she says not about to start an argument. She really does agree with him as she kisses the side of his face. She feels like cuddling but doesn't voice it.

"You alright?"

He wonders now, but then thinks she's probably had quite a day of it. A lot happening and all.

"Yeah," she says her eyes slowly closing. All the day's activities really have taken a toll on her body.

She's falling asleep. It has been a long day for her. He doesn't say anything as he watches her drift off.

And she drifts off to sleep, her head resting against his chest.

"Good night, Rose," he whispers before lying down to stare at the ceiling while she sleeps.

Hours pass before Rose wakes up to see him beside her. She smiles and reaches out to ruffle his hair. "You know I had the most amazing dream." She thinks back to the wedding not noticing the ring on her finger. In her semi awake state she thinks it was all a dream.

He wonders what that could be...although he thinks he can guess. She probably thinks she's back in her flat.

"Oh? Do tell."

He'll either cringe or laughs, she thinks still debating telling him.
"We got married!" She says and then laughs.

She still doesn't notice her hand yet. "I mean us married, you'd break out in hives, yeah?" She's joking of course.

Oh would he now? He wonders whether he should indicate her left hand or let her find out on her own. He decides to wait and let her figure it out for herself.

"Yeaaaaaah," he replies. "I wonder what you ate to make you have such a dream."

"Dunno," she says trying to think back. What did happen last night? The dream just sticks. She smiles at him and just as she is about to ask if he slept at all she notices her left hand and gasps.

"Oh my God!" She looks at him and back to the ring.

He gives her a surprised, innocent expression. He wants to see how long he can play around with this before telling her that it really happened.

"What?" he asks. "You remembered snogging the maid?"
