Who: Everyone!
What: Drinking!
When: March 3rd
Where: The Blue Light
Rating: Let's say R (I'll edit if... things happen)
Note(s): Party time! Tag all over the place, threadjack, make new friends, forget new drinking buddies--have fun!
There are a number of bars in the City. The Blue Light is one of the busier ones and, on the weekends, it's at its busiest.
This Saturday is no exception. Drinking, dancing, flirting--if it's legal, it's happening (and if it's questionably legal, it's probably happening more discretely; this is one of the nicer bars the City has to offer, after all). Whether you're a social drinker on a night out with your friends, a hardcore partier who habitually clears your Sunday schedule, or just there to drink the last of the desert away, you'll be in good company.

He is definitely comfortable where he is.

Getting used to a change of guard at the Blue Light wasn't difficult. There were things to explain, of course, like why he couldn't come everyday or his unfortunate tendency to unexpectedly cancel shifts. Hopefully, Peter had left a good word for him before his exit from the City. Or something. Well, Amory has yet to be fired.

"People want to have a good time, I suppose." He pauses. "Hey, Amory, can I ask you a question?"

Edmund wants to move out of the big, echoing Pevensie estate. It's too empty, alone.

When he's done, Amory turns around again, this time raising an eyebrow at the Pensive with the implied question: Why?

"If you don't mind the noise, then I say go ahead. We have enough storage room," he replies, "The moment you move, I bet they'll return."

It might be an attempt to make a friend, but not a close one. Edmund doesn't think that Amory is interesting in that sort of friendship.

"Sure," he nods, "Do you have a horse? Or a car we can borrow?"
He wonders if it would be impertinent to ask the Doc to borrow the DeLorean for moving.

"I have to head out there anyway, see if I can find Aquilo."

"I'll keep an eye out for him."

It hurts, to talk about horses, knowing that his white steed might as well be food for sandworms. As silly as it sounds, Amory has always seen his horse as one sees a human companion.
He sends two glasses sliding across the counter and over to a customer.
"When?"
no subject
"Next week? Monday."

For a fairytale princess, Rosella isn't too bad, and this is all just teasing, really.
