I'll take it as an open invitation, it'll be a surprise. [He grins down at her.]

Sorry. Full moon. [ He licks his lips, his eyes traveling and finding Isaac's. ]

[outofthefreezer]

You okay? [The way Scott's eyes follow his lips really does something for him, he can't help but feel slightly turned on by it. Its not as if his emotions were totally in check.]

[affectioning]

Yeah, Isaac. I'm very okay. [ His hand finds Isaac's. ] There are some rocks, a cliff around the beach. [ GET IT? ]

[outofthefreezer]

[Isaac's eyes widen slightly, getting what Scott was saying, then again he also understood the urges of a full moon night. He squeezes Scott's hand, a tentative smile coming to his lips.]

Okay?

[affectioning]

Come on. [ He stands, taking Isaac by the hand and leading him away from the bonfire. ]

[Isaac risks a look over his shoulder, just making sure their leaving was as inconspicuous as possible before walking alongside Scott, not letting go of his hand. Instead, he lets his thumb brush across it while watching Scott out of the corner of his eye.]

[affectioning]

[ He pads down the hill, sand between his toes as he leads him to the water's edge, walking along as the waves crash against their ankles. ]

[Isaac can't help it, he has to ask where this is going.]

So uh, slipping away from the party?

[affectioning]

For a little bit. If you don't want to [ He looks up at him, doe eyes... ]

[Wait, doe eyes? How can he resist. He squeezes Scott's hand, a silly smile on his face.]

No. [It's matter of fact rather than complaining. Pai doesn't have fun...and if she did, it wouldn't be among humans.]

[Pai looks up at the older woman. Something about her voice sounds familiar, but the young Contractor can't place it. Not on so few words, at least.]

We were taking the PSAT's in a few weeks back home. Can't give me something else besides nice? [ FLIRT, LAHEY. They reach the rocks, the cliffs and round the corner. The light of the full moon makes it so that they're not in pitched dark. Once they're out of sight, he backs himself into the cave wall pulling Isaac to him. ]

[He sounds mildly amused.]

[Don't mind him, he's musing aloud. He points out one last starfish.]

I have run out of decorative objects. Would you mind locating suitable shells, and seaweed?

Fine, spending time with you is great? [He does it deliberately, its so far away from flirting but he grins, letting himself be pulled in by Scott.]

Maybe I wanna spend time alone with you more often?

[affectioning]

Nope! Be right back. [ He grabs the bucket and takes off further down towards the water, crouching down and finding shells where he can. ]

Drop all these maybes and I'll feel wanted. [ Another joke. ] You smell really good. Out of the shower. Really [ He takes a sniff. ] Good.

Yeah, we probably don't want to make him mad.

And he's your best mate so I reckon that'd be a poor decision, too.

I don't know if I've ever seen him cross, though.

Fine then, I wanna spend more time alone with you. [He looks faintly bemused at Scott sniffing him.]
