Summary; What better way to wrap up the stress of the October month than with a Halloween Ball? Come, join the festivities in the Square or in Xanadu! The City has been dressed to the nines with all the trappings of Halloween (from jack-o-lanterns to twisted trees, to eerie lanterns, to burial shrouds, to mounds of burning candles, to any horror your mind can imagine), and it hopes you'll be just so dressed too. Come and feast on pumpkin stew and roasted beasts, come and dance under burning orange stars and lights, come and laugh with witches and goblins of all sorts. But be warned: the witching hour is fast approaching, and all sorts of mischief will abound. If you're dressed as a cat, why not act a bit like a cat? If you're dressed as a king, why not act like a king? The clothes make the man (or woman), after all, or so the Deities will claim...

SUMMARY: Welcome to Hell. Captives will first wake up chained to each other, and to the heavy chariot of the [Bad username or site: wakeforged title= @ livejournal.com]. They will carry the latter down to Inferno, or be whipped for their impudence. Hostages (and their network devices!) will be then abandoned in various circles of Hell; demons are welcome to come 'greet' dinner them, or to take them into custody.



LOG:

Meat, stripped skin, strong bone and marrow. And beneath this, soul, truly born and truly ripe. And so, the Slenderman had reaped.

The Great Beast's whip fell upon his captives, striking down more who'd woken to find themselves carrying the chariot down the paths of Inferno and thought little of their part - thought to flee, thought to cry, thought to slow their pace. Devil spun braids of boiled leather, dried intestine and old words would keep them; and, once they crossed the Styx's tide left gave them passage, so would the depths of Hell.

Souls, tribute, and a bribe for the war soon waged with They Above. The Beast's Generals would take little less.

Summary; One of those days again---when many curses abound, but not to the point of being completely inhibited or otherwise out of one's mind. So what to do? Well, some of them decide to spend a day in Xanadu. As Finnick's video post was no secret, it's completely possible that the others might come by too of course.

The Whale takes the Captain, but spares his crew, and later it returns to carry the less fortunate survivors to the island fringe. And what of the Arkmaster? Time will tell. For now, deprived of their weapons and their goods, the shipwrecked Citizens should care for their own.
