tampered | (no subject)

"You didn't check the views beforehand?" she asks giving him a look.

"I don't know much about this place," he confesses.

Now he's starting to shift uncomfortably.

"I mean, I thought you might know something about it."

"Fancy hotels?" she questions. Really she doesn't know much. Not like she had any reason to stay in them before.

"Nope. Sorry." she admits. "Didn't have any reason to stay in them before."

They arrive at their floor and are led to a door, which is opened by the bellhop. One view at the interior is enough to ease 10's mind.

"Ohhhhhh," he whistles. "That is nice."

Rose gasps at what she sees quite impressed with everything.

"Amazing..." The smile of her face just speaks volumes.

"Looks very cozy."

"Yeaaaaaah."

He now feels he's outdone himself. With a sudden movement, he picks Rose up and carries her inside, telling the bellhop they have no luggage and dismissing him before shutting the door.

Rose wraps her arms around his neck and she grins. "I just love this. So suppose now I'm officially Mrs. Doctor, yeah?"

"Guess so, yeah."

He walks over to the bed and tosses her on it.

All she can do is giggle as she looks up at him. "Sort of has a ring to it."

"Ohhhhhh, nice pun," he says.

He pulls out the bottle from his pocket and looks around for something to pour it in.

"I do my best," she says with a smirk.

He finally finds some cups and pours them some of the drink before handing her a cup.

"There we are," he says. "Cheers."

"Cheers, luv," she clinks the cup against his own before taking a sip. Oh this is really good, she thinks.

"Better take it easy with that," he says.

He's still fuzzy on most of the details from the last time they drank that stuff.

"I'll be fine," she says although not really sure as she takes another swig.

H downs his cup in one go, and blinks to make sure there aren't any early cobwebs. He looks again around the room.

"Impressive, isn't it?"

She smiles feeling a bit of the alcohol. She sets the cup aside on the night stand and looks around.

"A bit. I mean, don't think I would ever have stayed in a place this fancy."

He gives her a look, knowing that she's probably thought about it.

"Ohhhhhhhh, but you've wanted to, right?" he teases.

"Possibly," she admits with a grin. "Didn't think you'd go for a place like this." she adds.

He makes a face. She's right in a way, but he has on occasion treated his companions once or twice.

"Yeaaaaah, not really my style," he replies. "But it is something different."

"Different's good now and then," she says honestly. While she can agree that it is not really his style or hers however she does sort of like it.

She lays back, her head on the pillow as if testing it out.

"Very comfy."

He looks at her on the bed.

"Wellllll," he nods. "It's big so in theory it should be.

He sits on the edge, studying the bottle.

"Theory that is proven to be fact so far," she says with a grin still testing out the pillow.

He lies back, testing out the mattress. It is pretty comfy, no doubt.

"It's good, yeah," he agrees with a grin.

She looks over at him with a smirk. "I wonder what else we can prove true."
